What's Google Workspace?
Google Workspace is Google's productivity offering. It includes business versions of apps such as Gmail, Docs, and Drive. These apps help you work from anywhere on any device. This is not to be confused with the "free" Gmail, Docs, Drive, etc but rather an Enterprise version that runs under your specific domain (@zambiascholarshipfund.org vs @gmail.com). This Enterprise version usually has a cost associated to it but Google provides these tools free of charge for non-profit entities.
Why Google Workspace?
Protect personal information (personal email, contact info, etc)
Keep information clean, organized, and separate (personal, work, school, etc)
Add some layers of security against prevalent hacks and phishing attempts
Keep communications official and professional (proper @zambiascholarshipfund.org account vs @gmail.com or @hotmail.com, etc)
Legal requirements (ie: Europe donors & GDPR, data privacy protections, etc)
Avoid lack of accountability (ie: shared email account used by multiple people)
